At Reliable Rollout Service, we believe in keeping things simple, fair, and transparent. Here are our service policies:

 

  1. Service Commitment

     

    • Weekly service runs on your scheduled pickup days unless paused or canceled.

    • You can trust us to be on time, every time.

     

  2. Pausing Service

     

    • You may pause your weekly service for vacations, travel, or other reasons.

    • We require at least 1 week’s notice to pause service.

     

  3. Canceling Service

     

    • If you need to cancel completely, we ask for 30 days’ notice (1 month).

    • This allows us to adjust scheduling and billing fairly.

     

  4. Payments

     

    • We accept credit cards and bank cards.

    • Payments are processed automatically on a recurring basis for your convenience.

     

  5. Satisfaction Guarantee

     

    • If we ever miss a scheduled rollout or something isn’t right, let us know and we’ll make it right—guaranteed.

     

  6. Communication

     

    • All pause or cancellation requests should be sent via email, text, or phone call.

    • We’ll confirm changes in writing so everything is clear.

     

  7. Respect for Property

     

    • Our team will treat your property with care and respect. Please ensure bins are accessible for service.
